The recognition reflects GWM's continued commitment to supporting its dealer network and delivering an outstanding retail experience.
Now in its 30th year, the NADA DSI Survey is a cornerstone of South Africa’s automotive retail landscape, offering critical insights into the health of dealer-manufacturer relationships. It is organised by the National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA), a respected division of the Retail Motor Industry organisation (RMI) and serves as a strategic benchmark for manufacturers operating in South Africa.
The survey measures dealer satisfaction across a range of key performance areas, including dealer support, communication, customer focus and overall manufacturer performance. Based on confidential feedback from franchised dealers across the country, the DSI Survey remains one of the industry's most respected measures of dealer-manufacturer relationships.
