ALL-NEW HAVAL H7 PRE-SALE CAMPAIGN
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROMOTER
This competition is organised and promoted by GWM South Africa ("the Promoter").
COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition closes on 17 October 2026 at 23:59..
Pre-sale orders received before or after the stated promotion period will not qualify.
Incomplete, invalid, duplicate or fraudulent pre-sale orders will not qualify.
PRIZE
A total of seventy-seven (77) winners will be selected to receive a travel fund as follows:
● 7 Super Lucky Winners will each receive a R50 000 travel fund; and
● 70 Lucky Winners will each receive a R30 000 travel fund.
The total prize allocation is R2 450 000.
The travel fund is awarded as a travel-related prize and is subject to the applicable prize fulfilment terms.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for any other alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right, where necessary and subject to applicable law, to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
Customers must place a valid pre-sale order for an All-New HAVAL H7 during the Promotion Period and meet all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions to qualify for the travel fund.
Employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies of the Promoter, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO QUALIFY
To qualify for entry into the travel fund lottery, customers must:
Place a valid pre-sale order for an All-New HAVAL H7 at a participating GWM dealership until the 17 October 2026.
Pass the Promoter's verification process, including verification of customer information across the applicable documentation.
A system-generated pre-sale order number will confirm successful pre-sale registration.
There is no mandatory deposit requirement to place a pre-sale order. Any deposit requirement will be subject to the applicable participating dealer's normal business practices.
Customers who fail to complete the full vehicle purchase process and submit the required documentation by 25 November 2026 will automatically lose eligibility for the travel fund lottery.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION VERIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the information and documentation submitted.
Any inconsistency in the customer's information or documentation may result in the customer being disqualified from the competition.
WINNER SELECTION
The draw will be conducted from all customers who have successfully completed the eligibility requirements during the Promotion Period and subsequent transaction completion period.
A total of 77 winners will be selected:
● 7 Super Lucky Winners; and
● 70 Lucky Winners.
To ensure openness, fairness and impartiality, the Promoter will cooperate with a designated third-party media institution to conduct the draw.
The draw will be completed by 30 November 2026 . The final winner list will be publicly announced through the designated third-party media institution.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each selected winner before confirming the winner.
Winners may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, eligibility and completion of the qualifying vehicle purchase before receiving their prize.
Should a selected winner:
● be found to have submitted invalid or inaccurate information;
● fail to meet the eligibility requirements;
● fail to complete the qualifying vehicle purchase within the required period; or
● fail to provide the required documentation,
the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
GENERAL
The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the promotion, verification of qualifying customers, selection of winners and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is final, subject to applicable law.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the promotion and/or prize should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
● Technical failures or malfunctions;
● Lost, delayed, incomplete or incorrectly submitted pre-sale orders;
● Unauthorised access to customer information;
● Network connectivity issues; or
● Any loss, injury or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
By participating in the promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected from customers will be used for the administration of the promotion, verification of eligibility, selection and contacting of winners, and fulfilment of the prize.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and applicable privacy laws.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where reasonably necessary to administer or fulfil the promotion and prize or where required or permitted by law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from the promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts
