Reporting to: Dealer Network Manager
Job Purpose:
The Brand Compliance Auditor – Digital & Dealer Marketing is responsible for monitoring, auditing and enforcing GWM's brand standards across all dealers’ digital platforms and marketing activities.
The role ensures that dealer websites, social media platforms, digital advertising, online listings, Google Business Profiles, promotional campaigns, showroom marketing materials and customer-facing digital assets comply with GWM, HAVAL, ORA and TANK Corporate Identity (CI) standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with GWM Marketing team, dealers, dealer groups, marketing managers and internal departments to maintain brand consistency, improve customer experience and protect the integrity of the GWM brand across the dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Brand Compliance
● Conduct regular audits of dealer websites to ensure compliance with GWM brand standards.
● Monitor dealer digital platforms for accuracy, consistency and CI compliance.
● Ensure dealer websites reflect current vehicle pricing, specifications, promotions and approved marketing content.
● Review website functionality and customer journey to ensure a professional brand experience.
● Identify and report non-compliant digital content and branding.
● Track and monitor dealer corrective actions following compliance audits.
Dealer Website Management
● Monitor dealer website quality and performance standards.
● Ensure approved brand assets, imagery, logos and messaging are correctly implemented.
● Review website content for brand consistency and professionalism.
● Identify outdated, inaccurate, or non-approved content.
● Coordinate with dealers and website providers to resolve compliance issues.
● Assist with the implementation of website improvement initiatives.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Compliance
● Audit dealer social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital channels.
● Ensure dealer advertising aligns with approved OEM campaigns and brand guidelines.
● Monitor compliance with vehicle pricing, promotional and advertising policies.
● Review dealer-generated content for brand consistency and professionalism.
● Ensure proper usage of approved imagery, videos, logos and campaign assets.
● Monitor dealer participation in OEM marketing initiatives.
Google Business Profile & Online Presence Management
● Audit dealer Google Business Profiles for accuracy and compliance.
● Ensure dealer contact information, trading hours, services and locations are accurate.
● Monitor customer-facing information across digital platforms.
● Identify and address inconsistencies affecting customer experience.
● Support dealers in maintaining accurate online business information.
Corporate Identity (CI) Compliance
● Conduct digital and marketing CI audits across the dealer network.
● Ensure compliance with GWM, HAVAL, ORA and TANK branding standards.
● Monitor the implementation of approved marketing materials and campaigns.
● Assist with the development and communication of brand compliance guidelines.
● Maintain records of dealer compliance scores and audit results.
Dealer Audits & Reporting
● Conduct regular dealer compliance reviews and digital marketing assessments.
● Develop and maintain dealer compliance scorecards.
● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reports.
● Present audit findings and recommendations to management.
● Track dealer compliance trends and identify recurring issues.
● Assist in developing corrective action plans for non-compliant dealers.
Customer Experience Monitoring
● Evaluate dealer digital touchpoints from a customer perspective.
● Monitor lead generation processes and online enquiry functionality.
● Assess website responsiveness, navigation and usability.
● Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and lead conversion.
● Ensure dealer digital platforms support GWM's customer journey standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
