Terms and Conditions
Promoter
This competition is organised and promoted by GWM South Africa (“the Promoter”).
Competition Period
Entries to the competition open on 11 March 2026 and close on 20 March 2026.
Entries received before or after the stated competition period will not be considered.
Incomplete or invalid entries will not be considered.
Prize
The prizes consist of 10 sets of double tickets to KFM Galaxy Kday 2026.
The prize excludes travel, accommodation, meals and any other related costs associated with attending the event.
Eligibility
This competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees, agents and contractors of the Promoter, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Follow @gwmsouthafrica on the official social media platform where the competition post appears.
Tag the friend they would like to attend KFM Galaxy Kday with.
Mention the GWM vehicle that best matches their friend’s energy.
Explain why the vehicle matches their friend’s personality.
Participants can choose from the following GWM vehicles:
● TANK 300 – Tough
● Jolion Pro – Socialite
● H6 GT PHEV – Digital Whizz
● P300 – Workaholic
● H7 – Adventure-Seeker
● TANK 500 – Boss
Only one entry per person will be considered.
The Promoter recommends entrants be based in the Western Cape, as winners will need to travel to attend the event.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected via a random draw from all valid entries.
The winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter within 2 days after the competition closing date.
If a winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts or does not claim the prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Publicity
By entering this competition, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, likeness and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition without additional compensation.
General
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, delayed or incorrectly submitted.
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok or KFM.
Privacy
Any personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
