Read these Campaign terms and conditions carefully. These Campaign terms and conditions ("Ts & Cs") explain your rights and duties under this campaign. If you take part in this Campaign or accept any reward, these Ts & Cs will apply to you, and you agree that the person running the Campaign ("the Promoters) can assume that you have read and agreed to be legally bound these Ts & Cs. Promoter(s) Name(s):
The Promoters of this Campaign are GWM Finance, a product of WesBank - a division of FirstRand Bank Ltd. An Authorised Financial Services and Registered Credit Provider and WesBank, division of FirstRand Bank Ltd, an Authorised Financial Services and Registered Credit Provider NCRCP20. In these rules we refer to the above parties as the "Promoters". We refer to participants as "you/Customer".
What is the Reward?
The reward for this campaign is:
eBucks:
Any Customer who concludes a finance agreement through GWM Finance will be allocated 50 000 eBucks, valued at R5000.
Allocation of eBucks to the Customer may take up to 90 (Ninety) days from the date of inception of the vehicle finance contract with GWM Finance subject to compliance to these Ts & Cs. The Customer must be eligible to earn eBucks and be a member of the eBucks rewards program as set out on the eBucks website at.www.ebucks.com.
The eBucks reward is only applicable to FirstRand Customers who have an eBucks account.
Engine Fuel Voucher:
Non-FirstRand Customers who have concluded a finance agreement through GWM Finance during the Campaign period shall be awarded with an Engine Fuel Voucher valued at R5 000.
Allocation of fuel vouchers to the Customer may take up to 90 (Ninety) days from the date of inception of the vehicle finance contract with GWM Finance subject to compliance to these Ts & Cs.
Qualifying Customers will receive a unique voucher code which can be redeemed and used at any Engine Garage nationwide.
The Customer is only eligible for one reward in relation to this Campaign.
The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. If you do not use the full value of the voucher on your first purchase, the remaining value will be on your Engen 1app wallet.
If your voucher is lost or stolen, neither Engen nor its agents will be liable for any reimbursement of any kind.
This voucher is valid until the date on which its full value has been used, or 1 year after the date on which it was issued, whichever is earlier.
Access to and use of the Engen 1app will be subject to Engen's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement applicable to all who use the platform.
Entries open and close:
Entries open on 1 November 2025.
Entries close on 7 January 2026.
The Promoters reserve the right to extend or terminate the Campaign at their sole discretion. Notice to this effect will be posted in these rules.
Qualifying Criteria
All South African citizens, over the age of 18, who take up finance with GWM Finance during the Campaign period, shall automatically qualify to receive the Reward.
Who cannot take part?
The following persons may not take part in this Campaign even if they qualify to take part. They will forfeit (give up) any reward awarded to them:
a) Any employee of the promoter(s).
b) Any director, member, partner, agent of, or consultant of the promoter(s).
c) Any other person who is directly or indirectly controls the promoter(s).
d) Any supplier of goods and services in connection with this Campaign.
e) The spouse, life partner, siblings, children, or parents of any of the persons named in a, b, c, or d, above.
f) Any person whose accounts and credit agreements with WesBank, FNB or FirstRand Bank Limited are not in good standing. This means that none of your WesBank, FNB and FirstRand Bank accounts and credit agreements should be overdrawn, or be in arrears, or be in default, or be subject to any legal process with WesBank, FNB or FirstRand Bank. Legal process means any legal proceedings in any court of law involving you and WesBank, FNB or FirstRand Bank, including but not limited to: collections, liquidation and sequestration proceedings. Legal process however excludes debt review as contemplated in S86 of the National Credit Act 2005.
However, even if the aforesaid disqualified persons participate in the Campaign or is subsequently disqualified, these Campaign Ts & Cs will continue to apply between the disqualified persons and WesBank.
Is there a limit on the number of times you can enter?
Entries are limited to one entry per person, who qualifies with the Campaign Ts & Cs.
Disqualifications from entry
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating including without limitations, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.
Participants who may pass away at any time during the Campaign period and up to the conclusion of the funding will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign.

GENERAL RULES
• This Campaign is not intended to influence your choice of credit provider. Please consider your financial needs carefully.
• The Campaign is only applicable while available at a GWM Francise dealer or online.
• The Promoters reserve the right to change the rules of the Campaign. The Promoters can change the rules of the Campaign throughout the duration of the Campaign. For convenience only, the date on which these rules were last changed will be shown below the heading. It is your responsibility to check the rules for any changes.
• The Promoters cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party.
• The clauses in these rules are severable. This means that if any clause in these rules is found to be unlawful, it will be removed, and the remaining clauses will still apply.
• Where any dates or times need to be calculated, the international standard time: GMT plus two hours will be used.
• These rules and this Campaign are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
IMPORTANT – PRIVACY MATTERS
Participants in this Campaign understand and agree that for the Promotors to offer this Campaign, they may collect and use personal information about participants. This personal information may include your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, ID number and in certain instances your image. IMPORTANT – LIABILITY
You agree to indemnify the Promoters fully for any loss or damage the Promoters may suffer because you breached the Campaign Ts & Cs. This means you agree to reimburse the Promoters for the following: any loss or damage they suffer, any expenses and costs they paid or are responsible for. Legal costs mean costs on an attorney and own client scale.
You also agree to indemnify the Promoters for any loss or damage you suffered because you took part in this Campaign or received or used any Reward. If you enter yourself, or accept or use the Reward or any benefit, you understand that you do so of your own free will. This means that you cannot hold the Promoters legally responsible for any loss or damage or legal expenses you suffered because you took part in this Campaign or accepted or used any benefit or Reward.
You will protect the Promoters from being held legally responsible for the loss or damage or legal expenses of another person (legal or natural) if such loss or damage or expense was incurred because you breached the Campaign Ts & Cs.
IMPORTANT – TAX IMPLICATIONS
You are fully responsible for any tax implications arising from or associated with any receipt or spend of any Prize/s, awards or eBucks rewards due to you for participating in this Campaign.
