We are currently seeking the services of a Marketing Quality Audit Specialist to join our finance team based at our Head Office in Johannesburg.
Position Overview
The Marketing Quality Audit Specialist will support our headquarters in China by conducting comprehensive supervision and inspection of local marketing activities. This role is pivotal in driving continuous service quality improvements within the South African market through independent audits, process diagnostics, and standardisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct end-to-end service quality audits from an impartial third-party perspective, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
● Establish and manage the customer satisfaction management system; evaluate service performance across markets, identify weaknesses, and recommend targeted improvements.
● Develop and implement standards for unannounced field audits, ensuring consistent application of service standards in the local market.
● Diagnose the entire marketing and service management process; perform problem-oriented audits in key markets, and oversee core management workflows.
● Support regional markets in building and executing standardised systems for customer satisfaction research and unannounced audit management.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Service, Quality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
Experience:
● Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry marketing, after-sales service, customer satisfaction management, or quality assurance.
● Prior experience with brand dealer systems or third-party service evaluation organisations is highly advantageous.
Additional Skills & Knowledge:
● Maintain independence and objectivity, demonstrating integrity and resilience under pressure.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools and survey systems is a plus.
● In-depth understanding of local dealer operation models, consumer behaviour, and South Africa’s automotive industry compliance, consumer protection regulations, and service standards.
